EXAMINE THIS REPORT ON HOW TO MAKE DUBAI CHOCOLATE BAR

A review by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Shopper Security examined 8 imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', five through the UAE and a few from Turkey.
